Qualification
Degree or certification in health promotion, public health, nutrition, psychology, or a related area.
Experience
- Experience in health promotion, wellness program development, or related fields.
- Experience in managing health or wellness initiatives within an organizational setting.
- Experience collaborating with health organizations, community resources, or similar partnerships.
- Experience conducting needs assessments and evaluating program outcomes.
Requirements
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to convey health information effectively.
- Ability to build rapport and trust with employees and facilitate supportive discussions.
- Ability to assess health data and program effectiveness through qualitative and quantitative analysis.
- Strong planning and organizational skills to manage multiple projects and initiatives.
- Ability to present information clearly and engagingly in workshops and training sessions.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement health and wellbeing programs to promote employee wellness.
- Conduct regular assessments of employee health and wellbeing needs and evaluate the effectiveness of programs.
- Provide training sessions and workshops on health-related topics, including nutrition, exercise, and stress management.
- Offer one-on-one support and counseling to employees regarding health issues and lifestyle changes.
- Work closely with management to integrate wellbeing initiatives into the workplace culture.
- Communicate health and wellbeing resources and initiatives to all employees through newsletters, meetings, and other channels.
- Monitor participation in health programs and prepare reports on outcomes and areas for improvement.
- Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed within the workplace.
- Manage budgets and resources for health and wellbeing programs effectively.
- Foster partnerships with local health organizations to enhance program offerings.
