Job Overview:


As a PMO Analyst at CureMD, you'll play a crucial role in project management, ensuring adherence to budgets, tracking progress, and leveraging data analytics for evidence-based decision-making. Your responsibilities include utilizing agile frameworks, overseeing software development lifecycles, and fostering cross-functional collaboration. Job Responsibilities:


  • Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, ensuring adherence to budget and quality standards.
  • Track project progress, analyze data, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Act as a PMO Analyst, applying Evidence-Based Management for strategic decision support.
  • Provide performance coaching, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration among project stakeholders.
  • Possess analytical acumen, strong facilitation skills, and a proactive problem-solving approach.
  • Identify potential project risks early and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
  • Monitor and enforce adherence to CureMD’s project management methodologies, standards, and best practices across all projects.

Qualifications:


  • BS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Management Sciences or any other relevant discipline.
  • Strong understanding of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
  • Proven ability to manage software projects and ensure objectives and commitments are met.
  • Strong knowledge and experience of agile frameworks particularly Scrum Ceremonies and Practices.
  • Excellent skills in Azure DevOps, Jira, Visual Studio Team Services (VSTS) or similar environment for version control, reporting, requirements management, project management, builds, testing and release management capabilities.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and PowerPoint for management presentations.
  • Comfortable leading discussions in a cross-functional group to identify issues and resolutions.
  • Understanding of Information Technology infrastructure, service and security.
  • Strong analytical, planning, and organizational skills to manage product development.
  • Knowledge of software release, change management and DevOps.
  • Effective interpersonal skills including motivation, persuasion, and collaboration.
  • Working proficiency and communication skills in verbal and written English.
