Job Responsibilities:
  • Monitor planning documents and scheduling systems for new titles and missing images.
  • Update tracking and project management tools.
  • Assist with the optimization of the team’s project management processes.
  • Collaborate with internal scheduling, planning, merchandising and local content teams across EMEA to keep tracking documents up to date.
  • Work closely with content teams to ensure the flow of original artwork and episode images to the wider Photo Operations team.
  • Ensure accurate delivery and publishing of artwork, localized title treatments and episode images.
  • Use internal DAMs to manage image delivery to Max.
  • QC file naming and delivery to correct compliance groups.

Qualifications & Experiences:
  • 2+ years’ experience in project coordination or digital asset management.
  • 2+ years of operational expertise preferred.
  • Intercultural communication experience. 
  • High attention to detail.  
  • Team player, ability to collaborate easily. 
  • Ability to work across multiple projects, under tight deadlines, and whilst keeping a focus on both the big picture and the smallest details.  
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.   
  • Excellent command of English.   
  • Excellent Monday.com and Excel skills and experience using Excel to analyze and automate workflows.
