Position Overview:
We are seeking a data-driven Performance Marketing Manager to lead and grow our digital marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will have a proven performance marketing track record and manage campaigns across various digital channels to drive customer acquisition.
Key Responsibilities:
Planning & Campaign Management
- Implement comprehensive performance marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Oversee and manage digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including paid search, display, social media, and programmatic channels.
- Manage the performance marketing budget to ensure target achievement, optimal spending, and CPA achievement.
Analytics and Reporting
- Prepare and present detailed reports on campaign performance, including key metrics, trends, and recommendations.
- Drive recurring optimization cycles and lead a team of analysts to ensure strong performance output.
- Analyze campaign performance data to derive actionable insights.
Affiliate Marketing Management
- Develop, execute, and optimize affiliate marketing strategies to drive traffic, conversions, and revenue.
- Identify and onboard new affiliate partners to expand the program.
- Monitor affiliate performance, analyze data, and provide actionable insights to improve ROI.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create compelling promotional materials and campaigns.
Fraud Prevention & Detection
- Monitor affiliate activities to identify and prevent fraudulent behavior, such as cookie stuffing, fake leads, click fraud, and unauthorized traffic.
- Implement fraud detection tools and techniques to safeguard the affiliate program.
- Conduct regular affiliate traffic and conversion audits to ensure program terms compliance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, or a related field; master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in performance marketing or marketing.
- Preferably some sort of affiliate marketing background
- Familiarity with fraud detection tools (e.g., mFilterit, Protect360).
- Strong analytical skills and experience with marketing analytics tools (AppsFlyer, GA4, Tableau).
- Expertise in key digital marketing channels, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and programmatic advertising.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
