About the role

As a People Partner, you'll drive innovative solutions for performance, employee experience, and growth. You'll streamline HR operations, foster strategic partnerships, and support talent acquisition, onboarding, and offboarding. Your expertise will propel business growth, sustainability, and a seamless employee lifecycle experience.

Job Responsibilities

• You'll collaborate on various HR projects, such as performance management, employee engagement initiatives and training & development programs
• Provide administrative support to the HR team, including maintaining employee records, organizing and scheduling interviews, preparing HR documents, and updating HR databases.
• You'll be expected to manage stakeholders, partnering with functions to drive growth & sustainability
• You'll provide assistance in recruitment processes. Managing employee onboarding and offboarding.
