About the Role: 


The People Operations Analyst  plays a key role in HR operations at Motive. Reporting to the People Operations Manager, this role focuses on HR processes, including onboarding, offboarding, and employee service requests, while ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance.This role requires someone who is collaborative, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering a positive employee experience. The People Operations Analyst will also support process improvements and contribute to automation initiatives, making HR workflows more effective and scalable.


What You’ll Do: 


  • Manage and support HR operations, including onboarding, offboarding, and responding to employee queries, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
  • Resolve HR requests within SLA timelines, providing accurate and timely information while maintaining a positive employee experience.
  • Maintain and update HR data in HRIS systems, ensuring compliance with policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Work closely with teams across HR, IT, and Payroll to improve operational processes and enhance collaboration.
  • Contribute to automation and process enhancements, helping streamline workflows and reduce manual effort.

What We’re Looking For: 


  • 4+ years of experience in HR Operations, handling onboarding, offboarding, and employee service requests.
  • Experience with HRIS systems (Workday preferred, but other HRIS platforms are acceptable).
  • Proficiency in Google Sheets, Docs, and Slides for HR data tracking, reporting, and documentation.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills for handling HR queries efficiently.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with HR, IT, Payroll, and other teams to improve processes.
