You will sit within a business unit and partner with senior HR People leaders to interpret business requirements.


How you will contribute


You will:


  • Support and partner with the Senior People Lead on the definition and execution of global and local policy and change initiatives and understand the impact of the changes planned.
  • Partner and build relationships with key stakeholders “colleagues, people managers, function leads, legal and communication partners” understanding the commercial impact of people decisions in order to fulfil business objectives, providing an outside-in lens and strategic guidance.
  • Lead and advise on talent management practices within assigned business unit related to workforce planning, talent acquisition strategy planning, leadership development, employee development, career and succession planning and talent mobility.
  • Build end-to-end capabilities that accelerate consumer-centric growth and operational excellence.
  • Leverage data analytics to drive solutions and decisions that translate into actionable plans which impact the bottom line and enable business strategy. Inform and update People Services of any local, legal, and regulatory changes in the market.
  • Manage works council relations and provide guidance to HR to ensure successful implementation of labor policies and compliance with laws and agreements.
  • Drive engagement on the market culture agenda; coach leaders on the key cultural elements and organizational values – being the custodian of high-performance work systems.
  • Support effective Learning and Development programs in collaboration with the talent management team.
  • Lead DE&I market initiatives to ensure deep & diverse talent and drive the wellbeing “The Right You” initiatives across Pakistan while closely collaborating with the People Lead for Manufacturing and Supply Chain Pakistan.
  • Drive Employer Branding agenda in collaboration with the Talent Acquisition team and the Market People Lead.
  • Manage end to end people overhead costs.
  • Provide support on overall market initiatives as required.

  • Proven track record as a trusted, credible business partner with the ability to engage, inspire, and influence people while maintaining interpersonal savviness and agility.
  • Future focused by thinking ahead and anticipating new opportunities, leverages an outside in perspective through understanding of market trends.

Education / Certifications:


  • Master’s degree

Job specific requirements:


  • HR professional with 10+ years' experience in People Capability Development, Rewards, Training Delivery, Organization Design & Change Management, and Supply Chain HR Partnering. Proven ability to partner with and advise senior stakeholders (5+ years).
  • Deep knowledge of local labor laws and emerging employment trends.
  • Excellent people management skills, combined with a results-oriented and analytical approach.
  • Drives positive change with a comprehensive understanding of all HR functions and best practices.
