What will People Experience - Intern do?

Key Responsibilities:

· Assist in the development and implementation of fleet automation, including data collection and analysis related to fleet.

· Support in managing data of staff members and contribute to the creation of dashboards.

· Coordinate and reconcile third-party outsource staff biometric registration.

· Assist in the deployment and registration of the Attendance Management System.

Key Deliverables:

· Contribute to data collection, analysis, and interpretation for actionable insights.

· Assist in the creation of visually appealing presentations and reports based on recommendations and findings.

Requirements

Eligibility Criteria:

• Bachelors/ Masters Degree in Business Analytics/ Accounting and Finance
• Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
• Knowledge of Visualization Software, Tableau
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Self-directed and able to work without supervision
• Energetic and eager to tackle new projects and ideas
