We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Consultant Specialist
In this role, you will:
- Expected to be opened to shift work and/or on-call to support for Pega CDH appliction.
- Expert in PegaRULES engine and Pega Customer Decision Hub.
- Demonstrated strong experience in Pega's Customer Decision Hub version 8.5 and above and Next Best Action Designer implementation.
- Handle end to end L1 and L2 support for pega CDH which includes batch monitoring, incident management and responding to upstream/downstream queries.
- Collaborate with business and development teams as needed to analyze problems and provide solutions.
- Support incidents with proactive actions to avoid escalations and thereby meeting application service level agreements.
- Identify and implement opportunities for process improvements, potential risks and increased efficiencies as part of batch optimization.
- Lead the pega support team.
