We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Lead Consultant Specialist.

Work Location: Pune

In this role, you will:

• The GPI PE Lead will be a certified Pega Systems Architect.  Individual would be responsible for maintaining the production application, prod deployments in line with HSBC and Pega PRPC best-practices to ensure system is in BAU mode.
• Providing full scope of the day-to-day Production Support service including resolution of the live incidents as well as post-resolution problem management activities.
•  Working closely with various stakeholders located in different places in the world. Should be able to manage and lead team for different streams. To provide workarounds/resolutions with Active participation in crisis calls.
• Technical expertise in finding root cause of major system problems - inputs based on business/operations requirements. Participate and contribute in implementing automations/new production support concepts in the team.
• Responsible for Transition of services from CTB to PE team. Responsible for providing Integration Solution with the Partner Teams from production perspective.
• Responsible for collaboration with CTB team for making the application future ready for migrating / maintaining the features and enhancements related to Cloud Migration, AI/ML.
• Ensure delivered solutions meet and perform to technical and functional requirements, working through vendor and local/offshore in-house staff. Ensure the deliverables meet the performance thresholds expected and follow HSBC Quality Processes. Adhere to HSBC and PRPC best practice; ensuring stability, scalability, easy maintenance and efficient performance.
• Contribute to estimating, planning and delivery against committed timescales. Contributing productively to team objectives, sometimes supporting and sometimes leading activities to achieve shared goals
