We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Senior Consultant Specialist.
In this role, you will:
- Work directly with client stakeholders and end-users to design end-to-end experiences using participatory and iterative design techniques including observational studies, user interviews.
- Lead a team of developers to deliver on strategic product roadmap.
- Participate in code reviews and ensure compliance with application quality, coding, UI and Corporate standards, including review alert logs.
- Ability to debug and fix as part of the development/support process and should have experience in Case Management, Integration components (services, connectors, etc), frameworks, reporting, agents, authentication, and rule resolution.
- Ensure adherence to the Pegasystems development guardrails the original design principles.
- Help to document business rules and assist with case type structure from the perspective of the business needs.
- Exposure to hands-on solution architecture and end-to-end application design.
- Ensure construction of software adheres to the handbooks and best practices.
- Drive and analyze client and end-user feedback to discover opportunities to improve the overall user experience throughout the design process and product lifecycle.
- Work with users/servicing team to build a solution that improves servicing capability and productivity.
- Guide delivery teams based on project needs.
- Ensure the delivery chain executes smoothly.
