Position Title: Advertising Manager

Reporting to: Digital Marketing Director

Department: Marketing

Job Timings: 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM
Location: Bahria Town Phase 4 Rawalpindi (Onsite)

Position Purpose:

We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Advertising Manager who will direct a company's advertising activities and staff members to develop creative, consistent brand-specific ad campaigns. Candidates will supervise other employees, establish project goals, and monitor, approve, and evaluate a project's status and impact. The role of this position requires an upbeat, energetic, motivated and well-rounded individual who has a passion for digital marketing.


RequirementsEducation & Professional Qualification:

  • Degree(s)/Major(s): Bachelors or Masters in a relevant field from a reputed local/foreign University.
  • Certification(s): Not mandatory but Google Adwords or any other relevant certification is a plus.
Experience:

  • Minimum 4 years of proven working experience in a related field.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop digital strategies for clients.
  • Overseeing Advertising Junior staff members and other operations.
  • Working with staff members, clients and partners to establish and meet project goals, budgets and timelines.
  • Keeping track of ad spend and conversions.
  • Developing advertising strategies to increase buyer interest in products or services.
  • Monitoring project progress, from planning to execution and to ensure team members remain focused and effective.
  • Composing, launching, and optimizing social advertising campaigns using Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, and other platforms/tools.
  • Initiating and directing research initiatives.
  • Developing digital advertising strategies to support and achieve business objectives.
  • Creating and evaluating data-driven, objective-based digital advertising initiatives.
  • Providing expert advice on marketing and advertising methods for new or existing services.
  • Establishing goals and needs for a specific campaign, designing ads to meet these goals.
  • Communicate with clients directly via phone or virtual meetings.
  • Analyze current Advertising trends and synthesize that information into actionable plans.
  • Placing targeted consumer ads on search engines, social media, or other digital platforms.
  • Managing and optimizing ad campaigns.
  • Conduct ongoing campaign management to ensure optimal performance and delivery of campaigns.
  • Design and execute contesting for exposure and audience growth and capture, using digital tools and partnerships.
  • Manage paid marketing campaigns to achieve client goals directly in the ad platforms.
  • Create new campaigns, develop concepts, and implement them across all marketing platforms.
  • Performing other relevant tasks as per requirement.

Requirements:

  • Must have prior experience in Facebook Ads, Google Ads, and LinkedIn/Twitter Ads.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, leadership, coaching, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Experience with Google Analytics.
  • Proven ability of leading a team.
  • Ability to analyze processes and information, identify problems and trends, and develop effective solutions and strategies.

  • Commitment to providing exceptional service to customers and support to staff members.
  • Must possess leadership skills.
  • Strong working knowledge of Internet technologies related to media and site targeting, tagging, tracking, and content delivery.
  • Strong knowledge of digital advertising trends and technologies.
  • Experience making decisions based on interpreting data.
  • Strong analytic skill-set and critical thinking skills.
  • Familiarity with Digital Advertising tools such as SEMRush, Ahrefs, etc. is a plus.
  • Familiarity with customer acquisition funnels – awareness, consideration, acquisition, and how to leverage media to speak to customers throughout the conversion path.
  • Proven ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
  • Experience working for international clients.
  • Experience with Google Drive and applications (Docs, Sheets, etc).
  • Excellent proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
  • Be open-minded to new ideas, insights, and opportunities from all sources.
