Job Title: OTM Technical Consultant

As an OTM Technical Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in the successful implementation of our Order Management (OTM) solutions within the transportation industry. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to design, configure, and test OTM functionalities, ensuring they align with client requirements and best practices. Your key responsibilities include:

• Contribute to design meetings and collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Configure OTM functionalities to meet client-specific needs, ensuring optimal performance and alignment with business objectives.
• Lead data loading and system testing activities, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
• Coordinate integration mapping activities between OTM and other systems to ensure seamless data flow.
• Work closely with offshore teams to ensure efficient project execution and knowledge sharing.
• Conduct knowledge transfer sessions with customer resources to enable them to effectively use and maintain OTM solutions.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members to support their professional development.

Must-Have Skills:

• Strong understanding of transportation processes, regulations, and industry best practices.
• Experience in configuring and implementing OTM solutions.
