Job Title: Oracle HCM Cloud Consultant
As an HCM Cloud Consultant, you will be the primary contact person for our customers for the implementation of Oracle Cloud HCM solutions. This is a challenging and rewarding position that will enable you to grow as a professional consultant. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Documenting existing and desired business processes and workflows based on client’s needs and industry best practices.
- Lead the analysis and design in different HCM modules and have close cooperation with the client’s business teams
- Comprehend business needs, capture both functional and technical requirements, transforms them into Oracle HCM Cloud module specifications, and align requirements with other functional and technical teams. Design processes and formulate the solution blueprint for project implementation
- Configure the system, test the solution with users
- Provide user training
- Support cutover and stabilize the solution, provide post go-live support
- Working closely with internal teams and Oracle to recommend process and technology solutions to meet project objectives
- Liaison with Oracle to validate proposed solutions and coordinating follow-up infrastructure provisioning
- Closely working with PMO office and the client to ensure all activities for meeting the next milestone are accurately identified and sequenced
- Presenting project progress, risks, roadblocks and workaround in client meetings.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or any Engineering discipline

- Proven track record of actively participating in the end-to-end implementation and ongoing support of at least two Oracle HCM Cloud solutions
- Hands-on experience in one or more of the following HCM modules:
- Core HR
- Talent Management
- Goals and Performance
- Career Development
- Talent Review and Succession Management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to impact operations and effect change without being confrontational.
- Ability to document meticulous details around business processes.
- Work with business to write test cases to test business requirements and help execution and tracking.
- Ability to drive issue resolutions, decision making process and co-ordinate with other teams (internal or external 3rd party teams).
- Extremely organized with strong time-management skills.
