The purpose of this role is for developing, customizing, maintaining and support Oracle Fusion HCM applications as per requirement of the business.
Qualifications & Experience:
• Min. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science OR Engineering OR MCA
• 4+yrs of relevant experience as an Oracle HCM technical with an additional 3+yrs of as EBS HRMS Apps technical with RICEW & OAF
Skill Sets Required (Must Have):
• Should be strong Technical in HCM modules – Global HR, Payroll, Absence Mgmt, Performance Management, iRecruitment
• Strong in PL/SQL
• Strong in Oracle Fusion BI/OTBI/Infolets/Dashboards
• Strong in Fast formulae in Payroll and Absence modules
• Strong in Data loads using FBDI, ADFDI and HDL
• Custom Role Development and Cloud System Administration services
• Extending Cloud through the native personalization layer
• Understanding of Config packages and Import/Export
• Should be able to handle Business User discussions independently and should have excellent communication skills.
