Senior Financials Applications Consultant – Demo Services Content Build. ( CA\CWA\ MBA (FIN) with relevent experience )


Demo Content Engineering plays a pivotal role in transforming ideas into compelling visual narratives, and our Demo Engineers (Application Consultants) craft highly impactful demonstrations. These demos are a cornerstone of Oracle Sales efforts, serving as dynamic tools to communicate Oracle's vision and excellence to prospective customers. Our team, comprised of Oracle's brightest and most innovative minds, is currently seeking an individual with a proven track record of creativity and innovation.


Our team members are highly regarded throughout Oracle, and our entry standards are set exceptionally high. Qualified candidates must possess extensive hands-on experience in designing and implementing ERP Financials and/or Project Management solutions. Additionally, a keen eye for user experience and a passion for continual learning, coupled with a willingness to experiment with cutting-edge technologies, are crucial attributes for success in this role.


The ideal candidate should possess a comprehensive understanding of business strategies and the ability to execute these strategies with a robust project plan. Collaboration is key, as this role involves managing multiple projects concurrently. Written and verbal communication skills in English are essential, enabling the clear and persuasive articulation of design and implementation ideas. This proficiency empowers Oracle Sales to effectively convey your concepts to customers, igniting their enthusiasm for Oracle's Cloud solutions.


We are now seeking to recruit a Senior Financials Applications Consultant to join our ERPM Financials Build team for handling all aspects of the seeded financial transactions.

Responsibilities


  • Transform Ideas into Compelling Visual Narratives: Play a pivotal role in converting concepts into engaging visual narratives.
  • Craft Impactful Demonstrations: As a Demo Engineer, create high-impact demonstrations that are central to Oracle Sales efforts.
  • Support Oracle Sales: Utilize these demonstrations as dynamic tools to effectively communicate Oracle's vision and excellence to potential customers.
  • High Standards and Innovation: Uphold high entry standards and actively contribute innovative ideas to the team.
  • Project Management Expertise and/or ERP Financials: Possess hands-on experience in designing and implementing Project Management and Financial solutions. 
  • User Experience Focus: Demonstrate a keen eye for user experience and a commitment to staying updated with the latest technologies.
  • Project Execution: Translate business strategies into robust project plans and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Communication Skills: Exhibit written and verbal English communication skills to articulate design and implementation ideas effectively.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, develop, and deliver new 

demonstration flows.


The successful applicant will join a dynamic and committed team and will be exposed to a varied and challenging workload including early exposure to new developments in Oracle Financial applications.


SKILLS:


·           Proven experience of developing, implementing or supporting Oracle ERP Cloud Suite Financial Applications specific PPM 


·           Strong work ethic, with an ability to take ownership of issues and see them through to a satisfactory resolution


·           Excellent communications skills, including an ability to understand and explain complex problems and solutions.


·           Strong skills in the organisation of personal tasks, able to react to changing priorities and challenging timescales


A self-starter, equally effective when working independently or in a team environment
