Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Oracle EBS and Fusion HCM Consultant with extensive experience in implementing, customizing, and supporting Oracle applications. The successful candidate will lead implementation projects, provide functional expertise, and ensure the ongoing support and maintenance of Oracle EBS and Fusion HCM modules. This role requires collaboration with business stakeholders to align technology solutions with organizational needs.
Must Have Skillsets (Mandatory):
- Experience: Minimum of 7 years working with Oracle EBS and Fusion HCM modules, with a proven track record in full-cycle implementation projects.
- Implementation and Configuration: Lead the implementation of Oracle EBS and Fusion HCM modules (Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Talent Management, Self-Service). Configure and customize applications based on client-specific requirements.
- Technical Expertise: Strong technical skills in HCM modules (Global HR, Payroll, Absence Management, Performance Management, iRecruitment), PL/SQL, and Oracle Fusion BI/OTBI/Infolets/Dashboards.
- Data Management: Proficiency in data loads using FBDI, ADFDI, and HDL, as well as strong understanding of fast formulas in Payroll and Absence modules.
- Support and Maintenance: Provide ongoing support, troubleshoot issues, and perform system maintenance, upgrades, and patches.
- Training and Development: Conduct training sessions and create user guides to facilitate knowledge transfer.
Good to Have Skillsets (Optional):
- Functional Knowledge: Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices, with experience in integrating Oracle EBS and Fusion HCM with other enterprise systems.
- Project Management Skills: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
- Communication Skills: Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder engagement.
- Cloud Proficiency: Familiarity with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, SaaS solutions, and data migration techniques.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field; additional qualifications in Computer Science or Engineering are a plus.
- Experience Level: Minimum of 7 years working with Oracle EBS and Fusion HCM modules, with a proven track record in full-cycle implementation projects.
- Certifications: Oracle certification in EBS and/or Fusion HCM is highly desirable.
