Oracle Apps DBA

Introduction:
We are seeking an experienced and skilled mid-Senior Oracle Apps Database Administrator (DBA) to join our Oracle practice team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the management, maintenance, and optimization of our Oracle databases, ensuring high availability, performance, and security. 
Qualifications & Experience:

• Min. 5yrs relevant experience
• B.Tech Comp. Sc / MCA Graduates preferred
• Oracle Certified Professionals (OCP) Certification preferred

Skill Sets Required (Must Have):

• Installation, patching and Upgrade of Oracle E-Business Suite R12 including Online patching in EBS R12.2 and above versions
• DBA skills in Oracle Database 11g, 12c and 19c
• Must be well versed with AD utilities
• Familiar with retrofit customization development.
• Cloning and patching applications and databases
• Must have knowledge about concurrent managers
• Backup and clean up various log files
• Must be skilled in sysadmin activities like user administration responsibilities, request groups,register forms, printer setup, register custom applications, etc.
• Implementing 24x7 production support procedures
• Manage, monitor and configuring workflow
• Experience with installation of Enterprise Command Center (ECC)
• Creating database users and maintaining password rights
• Expertise in Performance Tuning
• Backup and recovery
• Expertise in RMAN, hot and cold backups
• Monitoring database using OEM and custom scripts
• Database lock, space management, export and import of the database, performance tuning at DB and apps Level
• Must have good troubleshooting skills
• Additional skills on Middleware like SSO, OBIEE, WebLogic, SQL server, SOA, Agile, Hyperion, etc. are an added advantage
