Aimfit is seeking a highly driven Operations Coordinator Key Responsibilities
1. Management of operational staff at all AimFit locations including contractual and full time.
2. Managing, sourcing and negotiating for supplies and/or services required for daily operations of various branches including maintaining inventory.
3. Researching sources, evaluating and negotiating with vendors including choosing partner vendor for every location.
4. Planning, organising, and managing operational and financial audits at all AimFit locations with the Finance Team.
5. Manage and execute regular AimFit events for head office and studios, these include events for both internal team and clients.
6. Manage relationships with potential suppliers and ensure that the company has a broad spectrum of choices and doesn't become overly reliant on a select few vendors.
7. Ensure vendor-related decisions align with internal objectives and protocols without disrupting our services.
8. Analyzing vendor performance by considering factors like quality of goods/services, timeliness of delivery and cost-effectiveness. Ensure that the company receives optimal value for money and that vendors remain accountable for maintaining high standards.
9. Identifying areas of operational inefficiency and proposing new processes & structure to improve them.
Requirements:
✅BA, B.Com graduates, Fresh graduates can apply as well.
✅At least 1-2 years experience in Admin Management of Retail Sites
