Job Description
Eligibility:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from an HEC-recognized university.
Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of work experience in Information Technology, preferably in the banking industry, with knowledge of banking ATM applications, delivery channels, and processes.
- Strong understanding of ISO 8583 and NDC protocols.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage ATM controllers.
- Oversee ATM security software, including security patches and software upgrades.
- Coordinate with various ATM vendors.
- Gather and prepare business requirements.
- Perform acceptance testing.
- Plan and document requirements.
- Act as a bridge between IT, business, and vendors.
- Manage ATM monitoring tools.
Required Skills:
- Proficiency in SQL Server and Oracle.
- Strong troubleshooting skills using system logs.
- In-depth knowledge of ADC platforms, such as ATMs and POS systems.
- Expertise in payment protocols, including ISO 8583, and integration with payment gateways.
- Experience working with middleware tools.
- Hands-on experience with database management (SQL, Oracle, etc.) and scripting languages.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) concepts and system development processes.
