Job Description
Eligibility:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science from an HEC-recognized university
Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of work experience in Information Technology, preferably in the banking industry
- Knowledge of banking applications, delivery channels, and processes
- Hands-on experience in systems development across multiple projects and banking systems implementations
Responsibilities:
- Gather technical and business requirements
- Holistically plan and complete the analysis phase
- Consider solutions from all organizational perspectives
- Create Functional Specification Documents based on business requirements
- Act as a bridge between internal (IT, Business, Operations, etc.) and external stakeholders
- Provide technical solutions for business requirements/issues
- Understand system integration with the latest technologies
- Design workflows and architecture diagrams
Skills Required:
- Proficiency in SQL Server, Oracle, and MongoDB (MongoDB is a plus)
- Knowledge of Web APIs, ISO 8583, and ISO 20022
- Self-motivated, innovative, analytical thinker with problem-solving skills
- Ability to take initiative, ownership, and make decisions
- Understanding of business processes, problem identification, transformation, improvement, and change enablement
- Familiarity with IT architecture, core banking, middleware, and delivery channels
- Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills with attention to detail
- Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) concepts and system development processes
