Responsibilities include but not limited to:
• Drafting and composing letters and circulars
• Managing diary and schedule meetings and appointments
• Organizing and preparing documents, preparation of meeting and board papers
• Organizing correspondence
• Following up on pending matters with limited direction
• Co-ordinating and booking travel arrangements
• Coordinating with government and private sector for follow-up/resolution of the issues
• Assisting to the senior officials as and when r
equired
Experience and qualifications required:
• Graduate preferably in IT
• At least 1 year experience
• Exceptional computer skills and use of office applications
• Multi-tasking ability and willingness to work under flexible schedule.
