Position Title: .NET Developer

Position Purpose:

As a .NET Developer, you will be responsible for working with a team of developers in the design, development, and maintenance of web applications. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions that meet our business objectives.

 Education & Professional Qualification: :

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  

  
  

• Certification(s): Not mandatory but certification in a relevant field is a plus.
  

  
  

Experience:

• 3+ years of experience in software development, with a strong focus on C#/.NET and SQL

  
  

Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of .NET and Frontend developers, providing guidance and support in technical design, coding, and problem-solving.
  

  
  

• Oversee the full software development lifecycle, from requirement analysis to deployment and post-production support.
  

  
  

• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to define project requirements and deliverables.
  

  
  

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable and secure web applications using .NET and frontend frameworks.
  

  
  

• Ensure code quality and best practices are maintained through code reviews, automated testing, and continuous integration.
  

  
  

• Identify and implement improvements to enhance performance, scalability, and user experience.
  

  
  

• Manage project timelines, priorities, and resources to meet business goals and deadlines.
  

  
  

• Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment, encouraging continuous learning and improvement.
  

  
  

• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to drive innovation within the team.
  

  
  

• Proficiency in .NET Framework 5.x and above.
  

  
  

• Extensive experience with ASP.NET / C# and .NET Core.
  

  
  

• Solid knowledge of Webform / MVC architectures.
  

  
  

• Proven experience with Web Services, including WCF and REST.
  

  
  

• Proficient in JavaScript, JQuery, and Ajax for dynamic web applications.
  

  
  

• Strong skills in SQL / T-SQL for database management and manipulation.
  

  
  

• Expertise in HTML5, HTML, and CSS3 for front-end development.
