Molecular Biologist

1. Analysis, of microbiological samples of food, water or any other samples followed in the laboratory with IS, ISO BAM,APHA methods 
2. media verification. Such as growth promotion test (GPT)
3. Responsible for calibration, maintenance, and uncertainty calculation of the specified instruments in the microbiology Lab
4. Maintenance of reference cultures with passage system by sub culturing, validation and biochemical tests and serological tests 
5. Analysis of GMO, handling of RTPCR. Worked as molecular biologist 

Expertise at

 1 Sound knowledge on Food and water matrix analysis by IS, ISO, BAM methods and Biochemical tests. 

2 Having experience in food testing laboratory with mini 2 to 4yrs.

3 Hands on experience on Cultures verification and media GPT

4 Method verification, validation, and measurement uncertainty in microbiology  

5 Maintenance of documents as per ISO 17025
