About the job MIDDLE MANAGEMENT POSITION - PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT

Our Client, a Karachi based company, seeks to appoint experienced and seasoned professionals for the following role:
Key Responsibilities
- Develop a deep understanding of customer needs, behaviors and pain points through research, analysis and feedback and stay updated with industry trends and competitor activity
- Study local and global digital solutions and emerging technologies and trends. Suggest and implement best practices/ ideas for companys digital products and services
- Work closely with relevant stakeholder departments including IT, Strategy, Finance & P&S and take all stakeholders onboard with various stages of project management
- Collect industry data, prepare revenue projections and feasibilities, conduct data analysis and prepare presentations
- Prepare detailed business requirements document inclusive on impacts on all areas of the system back-end, middleware and front-end
- Work hand in hand with various technical solution partner for development and integration of various projects, carry out UATs, pilot and roll out of products and services
- Assist DGM Innovation, Technology & Product Development in streamlining various business processes & practices adopted by different departments to implement innovation
Education
- Minimum 16 years of education, preferably Masters from a renowned and HEC recognized university or institution/equivalent foreign degree holder institution, preferably in Marketing, Computer Science or a related field.
Experience
- Minimum 6-8 years of professional experience, preferably in a large national/multinational organization with at least 2-6 years of related functional experience in a similar role at an equivalent position.
Requirements
- Preferably expertise in Data Analytics to analyze and interpret data effectively
- Ability to conduct comprehensive market analysis to identify trends and opportunities
- Skilled in measuring opportunity size to support business decision-making
- Strong cross-team collaboration to ensure seamless coordination across departments
Age
- The candidate should be preferably not more than 40 years of age as of the last date of submission of application.
