About the job MIDDLE MANAGEMENT POSITION - NON-FUEL RETAIL & NEW INITIATIVES
COMPANY OVERVIEW
Our Client, a Karachi based company, seeks to appoint experienced and seasoned professionals for the following role:
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct market analysis to identify emerging trends and potential NFR opportunities. Evaluate new business models and recommend viable options for NFR expansion
- Plan and oversee the remodeling of NFR facilities, ensuring alignment with brand standards
- Manage the upkeep and maintenance of existing NFR facilities to ensure operational efficiency
- Develop yearly NFR marketing plans for promotion of brands and boosting C store and other QSR sales
- Act as focal person for all coordination with brands management team for marketing budgets, planning and execution
- Develop cross collaboration proposal with alliance partners for joint promotions and at across various platforms
- Undertake any other task or function as maybe desired by the management
Education
- Minimum 16 years of education, preferably Masters from a renowned and HEC recognized university or institution/equivalent foreign degree holder institution, preferably in Marketing, or a related field.
Experience
- Minimum 6-8 years of professional experience, preferably in a large national/multinational organization with at least 2-6 years of related functional experience in a similar role at an equivalent position.

- Strong creative thinking and marketing management skills
- Excellent time management, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for team collaboration
- Results-driven with flexibility to adapt to changing priorities
Age
- The candidate should be preferably not more than 40 years of age as of the last date of submission of application.
