About the job MIDDLE MANAGEMENT POSITION - ERP SALES & ALLIANCE
COMPANY OVERVIEW
Our Client, a Karachi based company, seeks to appoint experienced professionals for the following project-based positions for a 1 Year Contract:
Key Responsibilities
ERP Solution selling:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy for ERP solutions
- Actively seek out and engage with prospective clients, providing demos and information about ERP features and benefits
- Close sales and handle contract negotiations with customers purchasing ERP solutions
- Provide ongoing customer support and ensure clients are satisfied with the product
- Monitor the market trends and customer needs to refine the sales strategy
Third-Party Alliances & Partnerships:
- Identify, recruit, and negotiate with third-party companies to establish mutually beneficial reseller partnerships
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with third-party partners, ensuring they are equipped with necessary resources, training, and support to sell ERP solutions
- Work closely with alliance partners to co-market ERP solutions, generate joint sales leads, and build a network of indirect sales channels
- Provide ongoing guidance and manage the partner ecosystem to ensure the success of ERP solution sales through third-party resellers
Sales & Performance Monitoring:
- Track the sales performance of ERP solutions and its resellers, analyzing sales data and adjusting strategies to meet objectives
- Prepare regular reports and presentations on the progress of sales and partnership goals
- Identify gaps in performance and implement corrective actions
Marketing & Training Support:
- Assist in creating promotional materials, demos, and other content to support both direct sales and reseller partners
- Ensure third-party resellers receive appropriate training on ERP solutions and how to effectively pitch and sell them to their customer base
- Collaborate with marketing teams to generate leads and build campaigns aimed at increasing ERP solution visibility in the marketplace
Continuous Market Research:
- Conduct market research to understand competitive products, identify trends, and uncover new business opportunities
- Regularly evaluate and report on competitors and their offerings to develop a competitive edge in the marketplace
Education
- Minimum 16 years of education, preferably Masters from a renowned and HEC recognized university or institution/equivalent foreign degree holder institution, preferably in, Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
Experience
- Minimum 6-8 years of professional experience, preferably in a large national/multinational organization with at least 2-6 years of related functional experience in a similar role at an equivalent position.
Requirements
Technical Knowledge:
- Strong understanding of ERP solutions, their features, and their application in various industries
- Familiarity with business processes, SaaS platforms, and technology adoption strategies
Skills:
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills
- Strong relationship-building and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office Suite
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on meeting and exceeding sales targets

Age
- The candidate should preferably be not more than 40 years of age as of the last date of submission of application.
