Job Description
As a Manager of Microsoft Dynamics Implementors, you will oversee both functional and technical teams involved in D365 projects. Your role is to ensure successful project delivery, effective collaboration, and alignment with business goals. Here are the key responsibilities and qualifications for this managerial position:
Responsibilities:
- Project Leadership and Coordination:
- Lead cross-functional teams of functional and technical implementors.
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources.
Stakeholder Communication and Relationship Management:
- Communicate project progress, adjustments, and outcomes to stakeholders.
- Build strong relationships with business leaders and end-users.
Quality Assurance and Best Practices:
- Ensure adherence to industry best practices and standards.
- Review project documentation and deliverables.
Change Management and Training:
- Facilitate change management during system rollout.
- Coordinate end-user training.
Strategic Planning and Business Alignment:
- Align project goals with overall business objectives.
- Identify process improvements and advocate for portfolio enhancements.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelors degree in Business, IT, or related field (Masters preferred).
- Experience: 7-10 years of full-cycle IT project management experience.
- Certifications (Preferred):
- Project Management Professional (PMP)
- Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Project Operations Functional Consultant
