Job Description

Responsibilities
  • Develop, manage, and optimize Meta Ads campaigns (Facebook and Instagram) to meet client objectives.
  • Conduct market research to identify target audiences and develop effective ad strategies.
  • Create compelling ad copy, visuals, and A/B test variations to maximize performance.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics (CPC, CPA, ROAS) and optimize for better results.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to design impactful ad creatives and videos.
  • Conduct audience targeting through Meta's tools (interest-based, lookalike audiences, custom audiences).
  • Manage and optimize ad budgets, ensuring maximum ROI for each campaign.
  • Provide clients with regular performance reports and actionable insights.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends, algorithm changes, and best practices in Meta advertising.
  • Test new ad formats and explore different Meta products to ensure we are taking advantage of all available features.

Requirements



Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Meta Ads Expert or in a similar digital advertising role.
  • Strong understanding of Facebook and Instagram Ads Manager, Power Editor, and campaign optimization.
  • Hands-on experience with creating and managing large-scale ad campaigns.
  • In-depth knowledge of performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition.
  • Experience with A/B testing, dynamic ads, and retargeting campaigns.
  • Solid knowledge of Meta's analytics tools (Facebook Ads Manager, Audience Insights, and Business Manager).
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make campaign optimization recommendations.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and reporting skills to effectively present results and strategies to clients.
  • A data-driven mindset with the ability to adapt to new trends and technology.
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics and other tracking tools is a plus.
