Job Description: We are looking for a talented and motivated MERN Full Stack Developer to join our team as a Senior Software Engineer. This role is perfect for individuals with 2 to 6 years of experience who are excited to work on innovative projects and drive the development of high-performance web applications. Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable web applications using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React, Node.js).
Create responsive, user-friendly interfaces using React.js, ensuring seamless user experiences.
Develop and optimize server-side components, including RESTful APIs and database structures, using Node.js and Express.js.
Manage and optimize MongoDB databases for high performance and reliability.
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including designers, product managers, and other developers, to deliver high-quality software solutions.
Participate in code reviews, enforce coding standards, and contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes.
Identify, diagnose, and resolve software issues and performance bottlenecks.
Keep up to date with the latest technologies and industry trends to ensure the application of best practices in development.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
2 to 6 years of hands-on experience in full-stack development with the MERN stack.
Proficiency in JavaScript, React.js, Node.js, Express.js, and MongoDB.
Strong experience in developing responsive web applications with React.js and knowledge of front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
In-depth knowledge of Node.js and Express.js for building scalable server-side applications.
Solid experience with MongoDB, including data modeling, indexing, and performance optimization.
Proficiency in using Git for version control and collaboration.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
