You will be responsible to:Assist in outpatient clinics, including patient counselling, consent, and procedures at multiple locations.Support operating room scheduling and assist in ophthalmology-related procedures and surgeries.Provide 24/7 patient care through clinic duty, inpatient coverage, and on-call support.Conduct assessments and procedures independently (e.g., visual acuity, intraocular pressure measurement, slit lamp exams).Ensure timely patient treatment with strong clinical and communication skills.Engage in research, teaching, and continuous learning activities.Maintain compliance with infection control and quality assurance standards. Requirements:You should have:MBBS with 2-3 years’ experience or MCPS/FCPS-I/Diploma with 1–2 years’ experience.Valid PMDC license BLS certificate.Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills.Excellent record-keeping and documentation skills.Ability to prioritize tasks and efficiently juggle multiple responsibilities.Willingness to work shifts and extended hours as needed.Note: Comprehensive employment reference checks will be conducted.
