Medical Officer (Nephrology, Hemodialysis)

Responsibilities:


You will be responsible to:


  • Conduct initial and ongoing assessments of patients on haemodialysis, including evaluating clinical status and identifying complications
  • Coordinate care with nephrologists, dietitians, and nurses
  • Ensure proper patient and family education regarding healthcare needs on regular basis
  • Maintain accurate and thorough patient records, including treatment details, observations, and any interventions made
  • Ensure that all dialysis practices comply with established protocols and regulatory standards
  • Participate in quality assurance activities to improve service standards, patient safety, and outcomes within the dialysis unit.

Requirements:


You should have the following:


  • At least 1-5 years’ relevant experience post MBBS and house job.
  • A valid certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and a valid PMDC license.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and efficiently juggle multiple responsibilities.
