Job Overview:


We are seeking a passionate and experienced Medical Doctor to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive healthcare services in our in-house clinic, perform OPD and IPD claims adjudication (online/ hard copies), serve as a roving doctor visiting employees admitted to various empaneled network hospitals in Lahore. Additionally, the doctor will respond promptly to CureMD employees health-related inquiries on our WhatsApp number.


Job Responsibilities:


In-House Cure Clinic:
  • Provide primary care consultations and treatments to CureMD employees and their families.
  • Perform routine check-ups, diagnose health issues, and recommend appropriate treatments.
  • Manage and follow up on chronic conditions and ensure proper healthcare documentation.
  • Oversee and lead preventive care.
Claim Adjudication:
  • Review and adjudicate medical (OPD and IPD) claims accurately and efficiently.
  • Ensure claims are processed in accordance with company policies and guidelines in a timely and efficient manner.
Roving Doctor:
  • Perform case management of admitted patients.
  • Coordinate with hospital staff to ensure patients receive appropriate care.
  • Provide updates to the relevant departments about employee health status.
WhatsApp Consultation (Text Only):
  • Respond promptly to health-related queries and concerns posted in the company’s WhatsApp number.
  • Provide timely advice and support to ensure employees' health and well-being.

Required Qualifications:


  • MBBS degree from a renowned HEC recognized institution.
  • Valid PMDC medical license to practice.
  • Completion of house job.
  • Experience and expertise in internal medicine.
  • Minimum of 5 years of post-house job experience.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
