Could you be the full-time Mechanical System Engineer - Coupler & Gangway in our dynamic team located in Hyderabad we’re looking for?
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your mechanical engineering expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside innovative, solutions-driven teammates.
You'll be specifying mechanical components and leading engineering studies to achieve top performance. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (Design, Validation, Sourcing, Manufacturing), managing CAD activities and deliverables, and much more.
You’ll specifically take care of detailed design and digital mock-ups, but also contribute to the product FMECA when necessary.
We’ll look to you for:
Optimizing global quality, cost, and delivery through technical trade-offs
Ensuring the quality and consistency of 3D design annotations and 2D deliverables
Verifying digital mock-up integrity and compliance with requirements
Documenting and updating design reviews and mock-ups based on change requests
Managing and reporting on the progress of Mechanical Domain activities
Collaborating on continuous improvement initiatives within your domain

Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
Experience or understanding of railway products and systems
Knowledge of 3D design and CAD tools
