Develops effective, competitive marketing strategies/marketing plans to leverage products position in the market place and translate marketing strategies into day-to-day marketing tactics for sales force promotion execution.
Design branding, positioning, and pricing strategies. Collaborate with all business segments and work on enhancing overall business profitability.
Craft strategies for marketing team, including digital, advertising, communications, and creativity. Ensure brand message is strong and consistent across all channels (like events, activities, email campaigns, web pages and promotional material).
Manage and maintain required market, products, competition, and business data for use by internal and external stakeholders.
Education & Industry experience:
Bachelors degree in business administration, Marketing & Communications or similar area.
Minimum 5 years working experience in Medical Device industry.
Position Experience:
Around 3 years of marketing team management experiences in the multinational.
Minimum 12-year sales management background is preferred.
