Come, join us on this journey!British American TobaccoPakistan has an exciting opportunity for a Marketing Information Associatein LahoreThe individual will provide support to the Commercial planning team through the co-ordination and production of analyses and reports on the tobacco marketplace. Assist in implementation of the overall information strategy for BAT, receiving support from selected agencies as well as members of the Strategy, Planning, and Insights teams.Your key responsibilities will include:Provide data driven insights, to understand market sales performance, commercial performance, consumer behaviour, perceptions and needs to drive growth.Monitoring and tracking of market performance to share insight on opportunities & risks, supporting management in decision making.Ensure the delivery of forward-looking consumer, customer, and competitor insights.Develop and maintain comprehensive competitive landscape analysis.Assist with information related to end-market performance.Provide a long-term view on end-market opportunities and threats.Ensure accurate and timely reporting as per the company guidelines.Ensure all relevant commercial & consumer insights are effectively integrated into the management information system.Interpret and evaluate BAT performance in the light of competitor activities to support strategic and tactical decision-makingSupport in industry analysis and trends including share and volume projections.What are we looking for?A maximum of 1-2 years of relevant work.Advanced knowledge of Excel, including proficiency in data analysis, modelling and forecasting. Degree preferably in Statistics, Data science, Business analytics or Marketing.Able to bring both an analytical attitude an a creative problem-solving approach.Previous experience in marketing preferred.
