About AutoLeap

AutoLeap is the market-leading shop management SaaS provider in the underserved auto repair industry. The Shop Management System (SMS) provides an all-in-one, cloud-based auto repair management software that helps after-market auto shop owners focused on general repair to better understand, manage, and grow their business—from scheduling appointments to managing technicians and generating invoices to help save time and money.

In 2023, we announced our $30m Series B led by Bain Capital, Threshold Ventures, and Advanced Venture Partners (AVP) and aren’t slowing down. Our mission is to change the auto repair industry one shop at a time, helping shop owners get home to their families earlier and helping them build long-lasting healthy businesses to pass on to future generations. We will be the de facto choice for all shop owners looking to grow and improve their businesses with your help!

As a Marketing Generalist at AutoLeap, you will:
  • Take ownership of HubSpot marketing campaigns from inception to execution including the creation, testing, and optimization of email marketing, lead nurturing, and automation strategies to drive engagement and growth.
  • Identify and implement strategies to improve HubSpot processes, data management, and reporting.
  • Collaborate with web developers and designers to ensure the website and landing pages align with our marketing objectives.
  • Work on improving the user journey and experience, ensuring a seamless path from lead generation to conversion.
  • Write compelling, customer-centric copy for emails, landing pages, website content, blog posts, and other marketing materials.
  • Ensure all copy aligns with AutoLeap's brand voice and values.
  • Manage marketing projects from start to finish, ensuring that deadlines are met, budgets are adhered to, and deliverables are on-brand and on-target.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to execute marketing initiatives.
  • Track and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and website traffic.
  • Provide regular reports and insights on key metrics, and use data to drive improvements in strategy.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • A degree or equivalent experience: while a degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred, we value practical experience and results-driven performance.
  • Experience with HubSpot for creating and managing campaigns, as well as optimizing workflows and automations.
  • Website and UX experience working with web developers and designers to optimize the user journey and improve the website's effectiveness in converting leads into customers.
  • Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to create clear, engaging, and persuasive copy for various marketing channels.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, track progress, and ensure timely delivery of results.
  • Comfort with using data and analytics to assess campaign performance and suggest improvements.
  • Additional experience with Google Analytics, A/B testing, SEO, WordPress and other content management systems (CMS) is a plus. If you have previous experience revamping large websites, that’s even better.

If this sounds like something you’d be great at, apply away!
