Job Description
We are looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist to
lead and execute paid advertising
campaigns across all digital platforms. The ideal candidate
will have expertise in Google Ads,
Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn Ads, YouTube Ads, and other paid
media channels to drive lead
generation, brand awareness, and customer acquisition.
Key Responsibilities:1. Paid Media Strategy & Execution- Plan, create, and optimize performance marketing campaigns on Google, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other platforms.
- Develop and manage PPC, display, search, retargeting, and paid social media campaigns.
- Continuously analyze and optimize ad copies, visuals, landing pages, and conversion funnels.
2. Campaign Management & Optimization- Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, headlines, CTAs, and targeting strategies.
- Optimize campaigns based on CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates.
- Implement lookalike audiences, custom audiences, and interest-based targeting to maximize reach and engagement.
3. Data-Driven Insights & Reporting- Track and analyze ad performance metrics using Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, Google Ads Manager, and other analytics tools.
- Provide weekly and monthly performance reports with insights and recommendations.
- Adjust strategies based on real-time campaign data and market trends.
4. Budget Management & ROI Optimization- Manage and allocate advertising budgets across different platforms for maximum ROI.
- Optimize ad spend efficiency to generate high-quality leads at a lower cost.
- Identify opportunities to scale successful campaigns while minimizing waste.
5. Competitor & Market Analysis- Conduct competitive research to understand industry trends and best practices.
- Stay updated on new ad formats, platform updates, and algorithm changes.
- Experiment with new advertising platforms and strategies to expand reach.
RequirementsEducation: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Digital Media, or a related
field.
Experience: 3-5 years in performance marketing, digital advertising, or paid
media management.
Skills & Expertise:
- Proven experience managing paid campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and YouTube Ads.
- Strong knowledge of Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, Conversion API, and UTM tracking.
- Expertise in keyword research, audience segmentation, and retargeting strategies.
- Experience with Google Tag Manager (GTM) and event tracking.
- Ability to analyze large datasets and generate actionable insights.
- Strong understanding of landing page optimization and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
- Familiarity with email marketing and automation tools is a plus.
