About the Department

As a Marketing Coordinator, you'll play a key role in supporting our mission to drive change and make a difference in the lives of patients.
The position
As Marketing Coordinator, you will support the Marketing team in Marketing events execution, data archiving, organizing execution calendar, audit readiness, new venues onboarding and assist Director Marketing for all his administrative tasks.
Your main duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Support the Marketing team in executing marketing events, managing data archiving, and ensuring complete documentation for pre- and post-activity approvals.
• Organize the execution calendar, provide on-ground support for marketing execution across Pakistan for larger events, and maintain audit readiness with proper documentation and tracking.
• Assist the Director of Marketing with administrative tasks, engage in stakeholder management, and maintain regular communication with sales teams.
• Execute marketing activities, including preparing contracts, securing vendor quotations, and managing invoicing to ensure timely payments.
• Collaborate with teams to explore opportunities for hybrid international congresses, complete all required training, and ensure compliance with guidelines.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of work experience in a similar capacity within an MNC environment.
• Strong customer-centric approach and focus on what matters, along with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally and excellent report writing skills.
• Solid understanding of business and industry dynamics.
