Job Description
Assist with day-to-day business operations to ensure projects are running smoothly.
Collect and study information about clients, sales trends, products, and services to direct our future business and marketing plans.
Develop strong client relationships to deliver consumer reports that have a direct affect on our business goals and ROI.
Identifies and defines the objective of an assigned market research project; determines the best methods to use to meet those objectives.
Analyse data; makes recommendations related to research findings. Identifies potential new services or markets through research.
Work with the research team to devise future commercial strategies based upon your findings.
Collaborate with teams to create content and support strategy development for various initiatives.
Contribute to presentations and reports that will be shared with senior leadership.
Represent the organization professionally in external settings, such as discussions or forums, to strengthen our presence.
Track performance metrics and suggest ideas for improvement based on your findings.
RequirementsFresh graduate or up to 1 year of relevant experience in Marketing, Sales, Communications, or a related field.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas effectively.
Basic understanding of research methods and data analysis.
Proactive, organized, and capable of managing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines.
Familiarity with productivity and collaboration tools, with a willingness to learn new systems.
Analytical and problem-solving mindset, with a creative approach to challenges.
