JOB DESCRIPTION:

Position:              Manager Warehouse

Location:             Warehouse – Islamabad

Job Summary:

Managing inventory control and ensuring compliance with third-party regulations while overseeing store operations. Monitoring the processing of orders and coordinating with transportation, suppliers, and both internal and external customers.Responsibilities also include training, supervising, and evaluating staff, maintaining statistical and financial records, and ensuring that quality standards and cost-effective delivery deadlines are met.

Major Responsibilities:

• Monitoring stock receipts from Abbott plants to the warehouse and ensuring replenishment.
• Managing and recording the temperature of all shipped orders as per Abbott standards.
• Supervising the physical handling of drugs during receipt and shipment.
• Maintaining and monitoring the temperature of all products and storage areas, monitoring data loggers, and maintaining daily temperature records.
• Arranging staff training for SOPs and maintain training records.
• Providing lists of short-dated items monthly and removing expired products promptly.
• Meeting customer service and distribution KPIs.
• Maintaining housekeeping in the warehouse and complying with SOPs/guidelines.
• Implementing quality management systems (QMS) as per Abbott standards.
• Ensuring compliance with drug sale licenses and drug laws.
• Dealing with vendors for maintenance and bill processing.
• Training staff according to the Master CDQA Training matrix.
• Handling drug inspector visits and fulfilling their queries.
• Conducting weekly stock reconciliations and monthly cycle counts.
• Renewing vendor service agreements and ensuring their effective use.
• Following up on work orders and coordinating with vendors for maintenance.
• Managing warehouse expenses.

Education/Knowledge & Experience:

• Pharm D ; Registered with Pharmacy Council.
• 4- 5 years’ experience in Pharma Company in similar capacity.
• Passionate to work on floor.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and coordination skills.
