Qualifications:
- 8+ years of Talent Acquisition experience, including 3+ years in leadership roles.
- Bachelors degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred).
- Strong knowledge of recruitment platforms, employer branding, and market insights.
- Excellent communication and team management skills.
