  • Collaborate with department heads to address hiring needs.

Qualifications:


  • 8+ years of Talent Acquisition experience, including 3+ years in leadership roles.
  • Bachelors degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment platforms, employer branding, and market insights.
  • Excellent communication and team management skills.
