Essential Job Responsibilities:

Own and hit/exceed annual sales targets of the region and accounts.

Develop new regional market and expand sales organizations in accordance with strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.

Identification of opportunities where BDP’s products, service solutions can add value and drive efficiencies within customers’ supply chain demands.

Understand category-vertical and product specific landscapes and trends and achieving minimum new sales ROI target of 4x of the overall sales cost.

Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships. Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations.

Focused approach to sell all product lines across verticals not restricting to Ocean, Air freight forwarding but leveraging on companies in house product strengths like Customs clearance, Contract Logistics, Port+ Solutions, CFS, Trade compliance, LLP, Multimodal solutions, Surface transport.

Presenting monthly regional dashboard of new wins, opportunities, P&L & key highlights to PSA BDP management function.

Ensure all sales opportunities, wins and events are updated in the salesforce tool. Maintain salesforce CRM tool to monitor team’s sales opportunities, win/lost ratio.

Adhere to companies FCPA policies and guideline while on boarding any new business. Ensuring that all sales activities comply with government norms as per industry and company policies.

Overseeing need, development, and implementation of various modules effectively at regional level as per requirement. Oversee the planning and execution of volumes for the center with focus on individual productivity and capacity monitoring at the micro (individual) and center (macro).

Ensure that proper methods / techniques are used to achieve the highest levels of quality and service to meet client goals and expectations. All tasks associated with the sales and business development including vendor management, supervision of assignments, collating weekly reports, mentoring staff.

Monitoring industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.

Ensures service measures are met in accordance within specified Turn Around Time (TAT)
