Job Overview:


A critical role in driving CureMD's growth by overseeing and optimizing sales processes. This position will involve leading a team, managing sales operations, and ensuring the alignment of sales strategies with overall business objectives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales operations, exceptional leadership skills, and a data-driven mindset. This role is pivotal in enhancing sales efficiency and effectiveness contributing to CureMD’s success.


Essential Job Responsibilities:


  • Manage and mentor a team of sales operations professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.


  • Develop and implement strategies to streamline and improve sales processes, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness across the sales lifecycle.


  • Analyze sales data to identify trends, track performance metrics, and generate actionable insights to inform decision-making.


  • Collaborate with sales leadership to create accurate sales forecasts and set realistic targets based on market analysis and historical data.


  • Oversee the management and optimization of the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to ensure it meets the needs of the sales team.


  • Implement and monitor standardized procedures to maintain a high level of accuracy and consistency in all sales processes.


  • Manage the operational aspects of the sales team, including coordinating efforts, overseeing workflows, and ensuring all team members have the necessary resources and support.


  • Implement and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the effectiveness of sales strategies and make necessary adjustments.


  • Design and deliver training programs to enhance the skills and capabilities of the sales team.


  • Maintain detailed documentation of sales processes, policies, and procedures to ensure consistency and compliance.


Required Qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.


  • Minimum of 5 - 7 years of experience in sales operations or a related role, with at least 2 years in a managerial position.


  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and inspire cross-functional teams.


  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.


  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.


  • Ability to work collaboratively across departments.


  • Have a passion for improving operational efficiency and product satisfaction.


  • Must be detail-oriented, data-driven, and results-focused with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing challenges.


  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., HubSpot CRM).


  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
