Role

We are seeking a Manager SaaS & Digital Solutions to drive the strategy, roadmap, got to market plan & management of our IT Service Management (ITSM), IT Operations Management (ITOM), Data Warehouse as a Service (DWaaS), other cloud based enterprise applications and digital portfolio. This role requires a deep understanding of SaaS solutions, an ability to translate customer needs into scalable product features, and a passion for building B2B products that enhances operational efficiency, service reliability and digitalize enterprise ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

Product Strategy & Vision

• Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap for the assigned portfolio
• Align product initiatives with business objectives, customer needs, and market trends.
• Advocate for AI-driven product automations, cloud-native architectures, and self-service capabilities.
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer interviews to identify pain points and opportunities.
• Collaborate with pre-sales, sales and customer success teams to understand B2B enterprise customer requirements.
• Define and track key product metrics (SLAs, uptime, adoption, cost optimization, etc.).
• Work closely with partners and internal teams to define features and the product development roadmap.
• Drive Agile/Scrum development cycles, ensuring timely and high-quality releases.
• Align cross-functional teams, including pre-sales, sales, marketing, and support, to drive product adoption.
• Define pricing models, packaging, and monetization strategies for the portfolio

·        Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in SaaS products portfolio.

·        Build domain expertise in the assigned portfolio to better understand customer needs and challenges.

·        Serve as a liaison between the team and senior leadership, ensuring clear and transparent communication.

·        Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to drive alignment and achieve shared goals.

·        Promote open communication channels within the team to encourage feedback and idea-sharing.

·        Collaborate with senior leadership to align team goals with the company’s strategic vision.

·        Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring the team meets deadlines and delivers high-quality results.

·        Allocate resources effectively to optimize team productivity and efficiency.

·        Identify and implement process improvements to enhance team performance.

Requirements

·       4+ years of Product Management experience in SaaS & digital products

·       Strong understanding of B2B enterprise IT & Cloud ecosystem

·       Experience with enterprise SaaS (ServiceNow, Jira, Power Bi, Tableau, CRM, ERP, CRM, Big Data Platforms)

·       Hands on experience of product lifecycle management, launch & growth

·       Proven ability to align multiple stakeholders and drive consensus in complex organizations

·       Experience in pricing, packaging, and GTM strategies for SaaS solutions is a plus
