Skills Requirements:
- Proven leadership abilities and team management experience

Education Requirements:
- Masters Degree (or international equivalent) MSc, MPH, MBA, MPA or equivalent
Experience Requirements:
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in program management and public sector liaison roles, preferably within an INGO or international development organization.
- Proven leadership abilities and team management experience.

Role Specifications:
- Develop and implement strategies for increasing male engagement in family planning (FP) and sexual reproductive health (SRH) program, addressing barriers.
- Collaborate with National and Provincial Population Welfare Departments and Departments of Health to integrate gender-transformative approaches into existing programs, ensuring that both men and women are actively involved in reproductive health decisions.
- Develop and execute community outreach programs to educate men on their role in FP, utilizing local leaders and influencers.
- Oversee the onboarding of male General Practitioners and healthcare providers for training sessions and dissemination activities.
- Coordinate with relevant government departments to secure necessary agreements and support for program activities. Facilitate partnerships and collaborations with public sector bodies to enhance the program's effectiveness and reach.
- Establish relationships with government officials, ministries, and other public sector stakeholders.
- Coordinate with field teams/implementing partners to provide technical and operational support.
