What is Manager Product Value and Partnerships?


A dynamic and impact-driven product manager responsible for driving the end-to-end product lifecycle and unlocking value through strategic partnerships. This role combines hands-on product management with ecosystem-building to deliver meaningful user experiences across SimCare, Lifestyle, and Social domains.

The selected candidate will own key parts of the product roadmap, prioritize features based on user needs and business impact, and work cross-functionally to ensure seamless delivery. Additionally, they will manage high-value partnerships that enable differentiated features like healthcare content and gamified learning, empowering users and deepening engagement.


The role demands strong product ownership, analytical skills, and the ability to connect user insights with strategic outcomes. This position will also play a critical role in writing BRDs, conducting business analysis, designing user flows and wireframes, and ensuring that every release drives measurable success across acquisition, retention, and satisfaction.


What will Manager Product Value and Partnerships do?


  • Own and manage the product roadmap for value-driven features and partner integrations
  • Translate product vision into clear and detailed BRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria
  • Lead ideation, wireframing, and user journey design in collaboration with UX teams
  • Conduct competitive and business analysis to identify gaps, opportunities, and benchmarks
  • Drive discovery sessions, prioritize features, and align stakeholders across engineering, marketing, legal, and design
  • Oversee end-to-end delivery, from sprint planning to UAT,  ensuring timely and quality releases
  • Build and scale partnerships that bring differentiated value to SIMOSA users
  • Act as the primary point of contact for partner product alignment, integrations, and co-launches
  • Utilize product analytics tools (e.g., Mixpanel, Firebase, GA) to evaluate feature performance
  • Champion Product-Led Growth initiatives and build value-first user experiences
  • Collaborate with lifecycle marketing for GTM campaigns, in-app messaging, and feature education
  • Monitor feedback loops and market signals to continuously iterate on feature offerings

Requirements


What are we looking for and what does it require to be Manager Product Value and Partnerships?


  • 4–6 years of experience in product management, digital partnerships, or platform roles
  • Strong understanding of the product lifecycle from discovery and scoping to launch and iteration
  • Experience in writing BRDs, designing wireframes, and managing agile product delivery
  • Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams, including engineers, designers, and analysts
  • Analytical mindset with a focus on metrics, experimentation, and continuous improvement
  • Experience with external partnerships, integrations, and business development is a plus
  • Excellent communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills
  • Passion for building inclusive tech products that improve lives and drive meaningful engagement

Education and other requirements


  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Experience in telecom, lifestyle or consumer tech is a plus
  • Strong business analysis, partner negotiation, and problem-solving skills
  • Familiarity with wireframing tools (e.g., Figma, Whimsical) and analytics platforms
  • Growth mindset, adaptability, attention to detail, and user-first thinking
  • Team player with a high sense of ownership, creativity, and accountability
