What is Manager Procurement Process, Performance & Excellence?

As Manager Procurement Process, Performance & Excellence you would be responsible for the complete performance and excellence vertical within the Procurement Performance & Governance domain. This would include spend analytics, KPIs reporting, new KPI development, performance monitoring mechanisms, periodic reporting, data management and other tasks given over time.

The role reports directly to Stream Head Procurement Performance & Governance and may have one position reporting directly into it with and extended team of 4 team members.

What Manager Procurement Process, Performance & Excellence does?

• Identify areas for optimization of current processes from data integrity, process efficiency and reporting point of view, coordinate with other stakeholders, act as change management agent and monitor roll out.  
• Responsible for procurement reporting on KPIs and performance targets. Includes ensuring timely, standardized and accurate data collection from various stakeholders and synthetization into performance reports. Improve automation to reduce human inputs.
• Develop performance metrics for monitoring the performance of Procurement and associated functions and work for increasing the efficiency of the whole process.
• Develop insights for the procurement and associated teams which would help in improving the departmental efficiency.
• Coordinate and align all new development and reporting with relevant stakeholders.
• Responsible for timely executing the on-going projects under Supplier Management Program and develop and implement new initiatives to further enhance the reach of the Program.

Requirements

What are we looking for and what does it require to be Manager Procurement Process, Performance & Excellence?

• Masters/Bachelor’s degree in Management/Business/Finance.
• 8+ years' of experience with 4+ years’ procurement experience.
• Preferably experience of Oracle Fusion and Oracle EBS or any ERP solution.
• Having a data management/analytics related experience would be a plus.
• Strong Communicator with the ability to negotiate and solve problems.
• Strong analytical skills, solution-oriented approach to problem solving and ability to think out of box.
