About the job Manager Powerhouse
HRSI is currently seeking a potential candidate for the permanent role of Manager Powerhose, this is an on-site role based in Karachi.
An ideal candidate must have relevant hands on experience in similar category on Managerial level.

Major Job Responsibilities:
- Manage Powerhouse staff for routine matters keeping their morale at highest level
- Maintenance of all equipment at optimal level in a cost-effective manner according to OEM recommendations and local/international regulations
- Ensure uninterrupted power supply to all areas
- Regular process review and gap analysis
- Communication with Vendors and OEM, both local and foreigners
- Execution and planning of Overhauling and major activities
- Ensure availability of spare parts and other necessary supplies with optimization
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports on power generation, fuel consumption, and operational efficiency
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, downtime, and fuel usage
- Report any incidents, accidents, or equipment failures to senior management
- Implementation of company polices and guidelines
- Leading the team from front and develop and maintain good working environment
- Adhere and implement HRC policies and other associated tasks including yearly assessment of staff, objective settings etc.
- Identify opportunities for improvement both at staff skills and equipment level
- Adhere and ensure compliance of safety policies and related tasks
- Strong analytical skill for both breakdowns and other associated events
- Coordination with different departments as and where required
- Any co-related job as defined by management
Key Competencies / KSA(s):
Technical Skills:
- Strong knowledge of diesel generator operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting
- Familiarity with power distribution systems, fuel management, and load balancing
- Proficient in using maintenance management systems and software tools
Leadership Skills:
- Ability to lead and manage a team effectively
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make quick decisions under pressure
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
