Your New Role:
The Photo Manager is part of the Photo Operations team within Global Content Operations. Photo Operations fulfil pan-regional image requirements across publicity, marketing, on-air, digital and direct to consumer products. 



The Photo Manager will focus on providing all image deliverables for DTC products and support VOD affiliate needs. You will manage, coordinate and deliver large volumes of images and graphics for Max, engaging and managing vendors and freelancers to produce images and localized artwork/graphics for the product. You will delegate tasks and guide project development, to ensure the best possible workflow for image delivery. Working with constantly changing schedules, large volumes and very specific product requirements you will need to be focused, detail oriented, creative and able to juggle demands from multiple teams and departments. 



As a function expert you will be able to educate, guide and support vendors and members of the team in all aspects of image production.You will present and represent projects to other business departments globally. Communication experience in a professional level, using international business language (English), is key.




Your Role Accountabilities:



  • Management of resources and vendors.10%



  • Project management. 20%



  • Ownership and daily overview of image production and delivery.10%



  • Responsible for end-to-end delivery of images and artwork, making sure that scheduled programs have all necessary images, artwork and localized title treatments. 10%



  • Manage the team, schedules and daily amendments, ensuring work is allocated and images and artwork are updated.20%



  • RegionalPhoto Operations contact for wider teams. 10%



  • Main contact withexternal partners, vendors and creative agencies. 10%



  • Actively support new launches (platforms, territories), createand implement new workflows to meet increasing image demands.



  • Share knowledge of industry best practices with the team and partner departments.



  • Follow the image related guidelines and licensing restrictions.



  • Work with creative teams globally to receive, localize and distribute artwork for Max.




Qualifications & Experiences:



  • 3+ years of managerial experience and knowledge



  • 5-8 years of experience within photo operations



  • Excellent communication skills in English. Any further languages a plus.



  • Excellent attention to detail.



  • Ability to effectively influence and communicate cross-functionally with all levels.



  • A love of television and storytelling, as well as a passion for staying on top of industry trends.



  • An energetic, positive, collaborator is a must.



  • Strong aptitude for building effective relationships in a fast-paced, constantly changing and deadline driven environment.



  • Ability to manage and use specialized database systems.



  • Understanding of VOD/OTT image requirements.



  • Detailed knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite.



  • Ability to produce and critique images, artwork and graphics.



  • Excellent knowledge of copyright and image licensing.



  • Experience managing large scale, complex projects or image deliveries.
